Summary

  • No account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location.
  • Your progress stays on your device. Levels, scores and settings are stored locally and are not sent to us.
  • Ads. The game shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob uses device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK), you are asked for consent first.
  • Purchases. The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details.
  • The game is not directed to children under 13.

Who we are

Onet - Tiles Tumble is published by Acora Games, a game label of Acora Studio, based in Indonesia ("we", "us"). For the purposes of data protection law we are the publisher of the app. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +62 851-5523-2958.

Data stored on your device

The game saves the following on your device only. It is never uploaded to our servers, and it is deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall the game.

Data collected by third-party services

To show ads and process purchases, the game includes services from other companies. They collect data under their own privacy policies.

Your advertising choices

  • Consent form. In the EEA, UK and other regions where it is required, the game shows a consent form before ads are requested. You can reopen it any time from Settings → Privacy & ad consent.
  • Android settings. Go to Settings → Google → Ads to opt out of ads personalisation or delete your advertising ID.
  • Remove Ads. The one-time purchase removes the full-screen (interstitial) ads that appear between levels. Rewarded ads that you choose to watch, for example to get an extra hint, stay available.

Why we use data and our legal bases

  • Provide the game (local progress and settings): performance of our service to you.
  • Show and measure ads: your consent where required (for example under the GDPR and Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law), otherwise our legitimate interest in funding a free game.
  • Process purchases: performance of the purchase contract.
  • Security and fraud prevention: our and our providers' legitimate interests.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not receive your personal data on our own servers, so we have nothing of that kind to sell. The service providers listed above receive data directly from your device. Some privacy laws, such as those of California, treat parts of ad-related data sharing as a "sale" or "sharing"; you can opt out through the Android settings described above.

How long data is kept

Local data stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall the game. Data held by Google and Unity is kept according to their policies. We do not keep a database of players.

International transfers

Google and Unity operate globally, so data may be processed in countries other than yours, including the United States. They apply their own safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

Children's privacy

The game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the game and ad data was collected, contact us and we will help you with the relevant provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022, the EU/UK GDPR, or California's CCPA/CPRA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data protection authority.

  • Delete local game data: clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the game.
  • Reset or limit ad identifiers: Settings → Google → Ads.
  • Anything else: message us on WhatsApp at +62 851-5523-2958. Because the data is held by the providers above, we may point you to them, but we will help where we can.

Security

We rely on the security of Android, Google Play and our providers, and we keep the game's data on your device only. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will say so in the game or on this site.
